Site Manager PV
Coordinate project activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage on-site operations.
We’re looking for an organized and proactive individual who excels in managing construction projects from start to finish. If you have excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
- Supervise and coordinate the team of installers during the installation process of photovoltaic systems.
- Develop and implement a detailed plan for each project, including the allocation of necessary resources, setting deadlines, and establishing priorities.
- Ensure the availability and efficient use of resources needed for installing photovoltaic systems, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Ensure that your entire team understands and complies with the company’s provisions, norms, regulations, procedures, and regulations applicable to their activities.
- Maintain a proper flow of information to avoid delays or issues.
- Ensure that installation work is performed according to the specific technical standards and regulations of the photovoltaic industry.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and procedures to protect personnel and work sites. Manage periodic safety training.
- Halt work in case of danger to work safety and notify the hierarchical superior.
- Take measures to provide first aid in case of an accident and ensure work safety.
Education
- Higher education in electrical engineering/construction (or at least post-secondary level).
Experience
- Relevant experience in managing construction sites, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Experience in team management.
Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge in the photovoltaic field and large-scale project implementation.
- Project planning, organization, and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and technical standards in the solar photovoltaic field.
- Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
