Wiren’s installation team joined a delayed project with the connection date at risk. Known for rapid installation and rigorous quality inspections, we were urgently needed for a final push. Our team quickly adapted to ensure timely completion and maintain high standards on the site.
Our main challenge was to mobilize quickly, understand the installation steps, and conduct revisions and quality inspections efficiently. The hilly landscape added difficulty to the construction of the solar power plant, with trackers being installed at varying heights. Adapting swiftly was essential to overcoming these obstacles.
While most of our projects in Iberia faced extreme heat waves, this one required dealing with mud, rain, and cold weather. Driven by efficiency and performance improvement, we developed new tools to maintain our high standards despite the challenging conditions. This adaptability ensured the project’s success under adverse weather conditions.
We used special tools to ensure millimeter accuracy for each tracker installation. With private PPA projects requiring detailed reporting, every watt produced must be tracked. Our teams measured and reported each tracker and solar panel, ensuring all mechanical verifications, including inclination and azimuth, met manufacturer specifications.
Our meticulous measurements and reports ensure accurate energy production forecasting. This precision leads to long-term financial efficiency, as knowing each watt’s production time secures beneficial sales outcomes. Reflecting on our work, we are confident that the project’s detailed documentation supports sustainable and profitable energy generation.
