Technical Responsible for Execution (RTE)

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee quality, verify plans and materials, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. If you excel in managing project execution and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Supervise the quality of execution of photovoltaic systems on site.
• Verify and approve execution plans and materials used.
• Periodically monitor and report the quality of work to management.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during execution.
• Ensure compliance of the work with safety norms, technical standards, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineers, designers, and site managers.
• Conduct technical evaluations and provide support for improving execution processes.
• Maintain effective communication with all involved parties, including clients and subcontractors.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Certified RTE (Technical Execution Responsible) nationally recognized.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in executing photovoltaic projects or in the field of renewable energy.

Competencies

• Solid knowledge of photovoltaic systems, their components, and specific industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in specific software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Availability for site travel.
• Category B driving license.
